1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you enter in the contact form (name, email address, subject, and message). We do not use access analytics or behavioral tracking. By submitting the form, you are deemed to have agreed to this policy.

2. Purpose of Use

We use the collected information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing or sell it to third parties.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell or lend personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties except as required by law. Nor do we route submissions through any external form service.

4. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. Only your chosen display language is stored within your browser; it is not sent to our server.

5. Contact Form Data

Submitted information is used only to respond to your inquiry. Messages are received via ProtonMail, which uses zero-access encryption, so no one but us — not even the mail provider — can read them. We do not record the visitor's IP address. We use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. Any copy you keep on your own device or email is under your own management, and we are not liable for leaks originating from it.

ProtonMail's "zero-access encryption" automatically stores received mail in a vault only we can open. Not even Proton itself can see the contents, so even if its servers are attacked, the data does not leak. Note: E2E (end-to-end) encryption is fully in effect when both sender and recipient use E2E-capable email (such as Proton).

6. Communications & Security

All communication is constantly encrypted with SSL/TLS (HTTPS), and the powerful Cloudflare infrastructure blocks attacks such as DDoS. Layered security settings such as CSP prevent unauthorized code execution and tampering, and assets such as fonts are all self-hosted so that your information is not leaked to outside parties.

Cloudflare is a protection and delivery platform used worldwide. We adopted it to defend against attacks and to speed up the site.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We do not retain inquiry content or communication logs long-term. Inquiries are deleted within 30 days of receipt, after which no data remains with us. Therefore, even if asked to disclose or produce content after deletion, we cannot comply, and we accept no liability in that regard.

9. Use of Overseas Services

For receiving inquiries and delivering this site, we use highly secure overseas services (Cloudflare in the USA / ProtonMail in Switzerland). Both handle information under strict standards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy as necessary. The revised policy takes effect when posted on this site. This policy is governed by the laws of Japan.
